At Ruvanta, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our Refund & Return Policy will guide you.

1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ruvanta.in with your order details.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • If you need an exchange, email us at support@ruvanta.in.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and customized gemstone jewelry are not eligible for return or refund.
